NASS opened the season; now racers face the NOOD Regatta...

Jim Sagerholm and Jerry Christofel led their crew onboard Aunt Jean to first overall with two bullets on Sunday, April 13 in the 2008 NASS Spring Race. Ted Lepich's Tiamat came in second, followed by Stephanie Reuer's Dakota Girl who won a tie breaker to claim third. The rest of the competitors finished as listed; Maggie, Ballyhoo, Rebel Yell, T-Bone and WINDEPENDENT. Please go to the NASS site for complete results.

The fleet now looks forward to the NOOD Regatta being held at the end of the month. To date the following boats are registered:

  8. Mr. Bill's Wild Ride

The local fleet would like to welcome Bill Wildner and the crew of Mr. Bill's Wild Ride to the Chesapeake Bay for the 2008 Annapolis NOOD. Also, best wishes to Maury Niebur as he debuts the newest J/35; Bump in the Night. Don't forget to fly your J/35 Battle Flag on race days!
